Since our family arrived in the Midlands over 50 years ago, we’ve been creating magic on our farm. With their own herd of stud Jersey cows, our Grandpa and Granny Moo pioneered the way in artisan cheesemaking. The first cheese made in their kitchen is a recipe that is still loved from family kitchens to luxury lodges around the country. Since those early days, we’ve grown in ways beyond our wildest imagination.
